Rock4Vets 5K brings our community together to support veterans and neighbors throughout Northwest Florida.
Every step, sponsorship, and donation helps provide hospice care, housing support, healthcare assistance, and other essential resources for people in our community.
Run, walk, volunteer, or cheer from the sidelines. However you join us, you’re helping make a difference.

Rock4Vets 5K is open to everyone!
Whether you're an experienced runner, a first-time participant, a veteran, a family member, a volunteer, or a community supporter, there's a place for you.
Participants can run, walk, volunteer, sponsor the event, or simply come out to enjoy the day and support the cause.

Expect a chance to connect, celebrate, and spend time with the people who make our community special.
You'll find encouragement at the starting line, familiar faces throughout the course, and plenty of reasons to stay after the race ends.
Over the years, this 5K has become a tradition for many throughout Northwest Florida. Friends gather, families return, teams reunite, and new connections are made along the way.

Join the R4V 250 Crew
This year, we’re inviting 100 people to come together in support of local veterans and neighbors in need.
By giving or raising $250, members of the Rock4Vets 250 Crew help provide support through Peoples Hospice Foundation programs focused on housing assistance, essential needs, coordinated care, and community outreach for veterans and neighbors facing hardship.
Together, the 250 Crew will raise $25,000 to help provide care, stability, and practical support for people receiving hospice care in our community.
Whether you come as an individual, a family, a business, or a group, your participation helps strengthen the circle of care across Northwest Florida.
